Jay Baumgardner [@jaybaumgardner] has been integral in developing, producing, and mixing some of today’s biggest pop and rock music acts. In addition to mixing and producing, Jay is the president of NRG Recording Studios and the owner of NRG Artists.

Annette Scott is the Director of Operations and Controller for NRG Artists. Annette keeps the company operations and finances in line.  Working hand in hand with Jay Baumgardner to create a new business model which unites the artist, manager and label with the same goal of establishing success.

Casey Lewis is Creative Director and Photographer. Casey brings the vision of the artist and campaign to life with his unique style and creative design abilities, with a strong desire to achieve perfection in every task, his imagination is comparable to none.

Shane Basye is Artist Manager/Tour Manager. Shane connects the band, the road and the company on all fronts. With his adaptable style and drive to accomplish every task he keeps the artist comfortable and knowledgeable at home and on the road.
